FC SOLUTIONS provide engineering services on a consultancy basis to many different industries.

We are able to assist with the design, development or analysis of your existing components. If you have a part which has failed and would like an independent failure analysis performing, we may be able to assist.

DESIGN

Our approach to substantiation is logical and matter of fact – if a design is not quite up to scratch we are adept at providing suitable remedial measures to quickly find a solution. Even when a system is fit for purpose, we will very often make recommendations in our substantiation report for design improvements in terms of reducing weight, cost, size, deformation and many other factors depending on the project.

SIMULATIONS

FC SOLUTIONS can use its own simulation software to help the customer in the development of its systems. CFD, FEA and Dynamic analysis can be performed on many of the mechanical components and systems outside our field of interest.

MANIFACTURING

With our facilities or with our partnerships FC SOLUTIONS can help you in the manufacturing process, starting from single component up to mass production.

We can offer support in different machining: CNC Turning, CNC milling, CNC grinding, Aluminium or Cast-Iron Casting and Heat Treatments.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

FC SOLUTIONS have the engineering expertise to perform reverse engineering services for you. We use many types of material in our projects, so we understand which material works best for a particular application. FC SOLUTIONS can perform failure analysis of an existing component in order that the design can be modified so the reverse engineered version will not suffer from similar problems.
